Michael has spent more than 25 years working from clinic through national levels in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, the South Pacific and the Middle East. Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Scrum Master and an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Information Technologist, Michael applies structured approaches to systems design and documentation, data governance, and data quality audits. He emphasizes building open-architecture and inclusive digital health systems that promote the use of information for effective and efficient program management.
