Lena Kolyada is a global development professional with extensive experience leading public health programs across Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe. Her expertise spans strategy development, program operations, stakeholder engagement, and change management. Lena has overseen complex, multi-country portfolios, strengthened collaboration across diverse teams, and advanced research and capacity-building efforts to promote sustainable impact. Fluent in English and Russian, she holds a Master’s in Management from Durham University Business School (UK) and is completing her Change Management Professional certification with the Association of Change Management Professionals.
